Glenn A. Montgomery Esquire, has been practicing law in New Jersey for 48 years. He is a seasoned veteran of numerous trials, hearings, motions, mediations, and arbitrations. Over the 48-year period, he has handled and tried many litigated matters, including negligence cases, discrimination cases, consumer fraud cases, automobile cases, medical malpractice cases, products liability cases, construction cases, real estate cases and personal injury cases of many types and varieties, and has handled numerous matrimonial matters. Ninety percent of his entire practice for 48 years has involved litigation. He has also argued numerous cases at the appellate and Supreme Court levels in New Jersey.

Glenn has handled and tried cases for individuals, large and small businesses, institutions, Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, boards of education, and manufacturers. He has appeared virtually in every county in the state of New Jersey over that 48-year period and is admitted to all New Jersey state and federal courts. He is certified by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators as a mediator. He is also a former Board of Education member, and is certified in the state of New Jersey as an English and Spanish teacher.
